DISCLAIMER

RISK:
Cave BASE is an extremely dangerous event and despite the best efforts to make this expedition safer, serious injury and or death can happen. Anyone participating in Cave BASE does so with the full understanding that they themselves are ultimately responsible for judging the amount of risk that they are about to encounter.

GUARANTEES:
Due to the political environment in Mexico we as organizers can never guarantee the amount of success each expedition may or may not encounter. We can only guarantee our best efforts to produce for you the best BASE expedition money can buy. To date our expeditions have yielded well over 400 cave BASE jumps with no serious injuries.

SKILL:
The cave is a serious and potentially lethal object demanding the highest level of canopy skill & experience. Participants unable to perform the necessary skills essential in piloting a parachute safely in the cave may be given a review by experienced staff. If the individual continues to demonstrate a lack of skill they may be asked to step down until the end of the expedition at which point they may be offered a final jump.

This policy became necessary over the last couple of expeditions and was implemented on behalf of the safety of the entire group.

BASE EQUIPMENT:
Please come prepared with the equipment you are most familiar with. Don’t come to the cave with new untested gear. It will not be an excuse when you are asked to step down.
